LOYALTY POINT MULTIPLIER PROMOTION TEMPLATES


CONCEPT :
The concept was to create a new promotion through the Beauty Insider loyalty program that enabled clients to earn points when purchasing a singular product.

DEVELOPMENT :
The development began with an exploration of how the promotion could be automated, considering it would be pulsed monthly. The same functionality that was created for automated assets was layered in, which was the first time this process was brought into loyalty campaigns.

EXECUTION :
The execution was a simple but effective automated template execution that requires no design resourcing for monthly updates.

A template (fig. 1) was built to automatically swap out product image, multiplier seal, circle colors, and background color via linked smart objects (fig. 2).

Template automation was pressure tested to ensure template longevity so that templates could be leveraged throughout the year without experiencing fatigue (fig. 3—fig. 10).
